Pradeep you have got a celebrity status all young people yearn to get.
So use it as a role model to young people. Start on social activities.
First concentrate on your studies
Start SUPER STAR PRADEEP RANGANA FOUNDATION
Use this to start day care centre for low income pregnant women. This will help the next generation children born to these women. You would have learnt in physiology and anatomy that the 80% of the brain development occurs from conception to 24 months period. Most of these women suffer from malnutrition so these children too suffer.
I have seen this in India. You could get the community in the proximity of these places to support by taking one meal. You have to start first. We will support not only physically but also to find funds
All the best son (Please keep a level head above your shoulders)

Now to your music career
We were enthralled by your performance in SSS
First, Your light footed dance and the face expression was really entertaining - So remember to use this as a strength and work on choreography that suits your body and dance (Very few entertainers can do this)
Next is your whistle, in SSS it took us by surprise. So use it at the correct moment in your songs (We commend your father on this).
Finally, your pleasing personality was a plus point - lately I observe you have put on weight - try to keep a zero balance on your calorie intake and output. You have now stopped growing so you need only for body maintenance and activity.
Songs can be of three types
1. Outdoor concerts, where young people like to dance so target this with 5 to 6 songs (MS, Clarence, Rukantha and Jothi type) with your light footed dance
2. Indoor concerts, where people sit and listen songs - Milton (both), Jothi and anesley type - Here your light footed dance and face expressions are important.
3. Love songs for young as well as old people (to reminisce)Jothi, kasun Milton type
(By the way don’t hold the Microphone to cover your face always remember where the cameras are.
All the best

Well I would like to comment on the advertisement you appeared in.
The first nestamalt advertisement was good and your strength of light dancing was used. But the second one didn’t give your talents very much justice.
So remember advertisements too can be used in two ways of course to make money and then to cultivate a following of fans.
Let’s go to SSS. Most sent SMS because you are a medical student.
But we saw your versatility in your performance so our SMS for you is due to that reason not because you are a medical student.
Now the reality can be seen in SSS chart show, it is only your real fans who saw your versatility and of course your girl friends send SMSs.
So cultivate this base.
Again if a person not been to Sri Lanka see our advertisements might get a notion that all Sri Lankans are very fair. Because they use mostly fair people. And the other thing is with some one like you they try to make you fair by using various creams.
You have also trapped yourself in to this by trying to make your face fairer. In some pictures you remind me of Michael Jackson.
Please don’t do this you are very handsome as you are.
Be yourself and these advertisement guys will come to you.
Increase your fan base with SOCIAL ACTIVITES i have mentioned in my first comment
Then let your music and entertaining do the rest as mentioned in my second comment.

Again a warning we fans would like you to be a doctor and then a entertainer.
So remember we are very concerned about your studies.
Good luck

Dress code and taste.
You are not only an entertainer you are also a professional. So you are a ROLE MODEL to many young people.
Therefore, it is very important that you have very good taste in what you wear.
Observe the HAMEEDIA in SSS and Some other fashion designer in Derana Dream Star. The male dresses in SSS are of good taste as compared to DDS. But the female dresses are much better in DDS.
So you should consult people on such matters
Observe SANATH GUNATHILLAKE he has a very good taste when it comes to Clothes.
You should see him and consult few others remembering that you are not only an entertainer but also a professional
Please concentrate on your studies
Good Luck

Pradeep to acquire "KUSAL" in this life, the best time is when you are young, active and able.
So start on such activities to acquire "KUSAL"
I was touched to see you donate some money on your last birthday 12th November 2007, to a child needing surgery.
So think about the next generation of children born to very poor families. They need assistance from people like you.
As I mentioned before in my first comment, Start DAY CARE CENTRES for PREGNANT WOMEN of LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
These centers could give them a decent meal to keep their body nutrition at a level to NUTURE THE GROWING FEOTUS. This will result in higher birth weights.
Such programs can gather momentum, where family/s in close proximity of these centers will donate one meal, such as our DANE program to our temples.

Good luck
we are waiting for your CD.
Please concentrate on your medical studies.

Pradeep hope you had a chance to listen to USA, Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Barak Obama’s speech. He depicted that USA is the best country but they lack a proper health program.
Let us look at our Health service; we have free health service to most people in Sri Lanka. What is the result of this?
1. Our life expectancy is at par with most developed country, and far ahead of developing countries. Our people live more as our health service is good.
2. Infant and Maternal mortality is lower than most developing countries but at par with developed countries. This too gives a good report on our health service.
3. Sri Lanka’s population growth is at par with developed countries, but very much lower than developing countries.
So in health services we have achieved a lot as far as QUANITITY is concerned, but we are lacking in quality.
Take for instance LOW BIRTH WEIGHT and STUNTED GROWTH in infants. This is where a person like you can intervene through SOCIAL ACITVITIES such as what I have mentioned in my earlier comments.
Let us do this
I was happy to know that you will be starting your studies on 15th September. Please focus and concentrate on your studies.
Take care and Good luck

Dear Pradeep
I saw you on 4th night in Channel C. I really enjoyed your music, especially the song from Bombay. It was extraordinary, your singing was even better than the original singer.
Thanks for entertaining us.
I would like to comment on one aspect that you happen to mention there. You made a comment that some support you and the others are sort of jealous or your meteoric rise. That is true in life, but please don’t mention after this about those who are jealous on your meteoric rise, it wont look good on you. Just ignore them and don’t comment. They themselves will stop that, but if you pass such remarks they will continue to do so.
One other thing about your fan base, you may have a fair idea of the number of SMSs that you received in SSS. This was your fan base then, but now it has fallen to a minute fraction of that number. Very hard and fast supporters continue to support you; well I am one of them. The reason is I did not support you because you are a medical student; it is only for your extraordinary versatility. So now it is time to increase your fan base, it will happen slowly and remember you are an entertainer as much as a professional. Don’t forget this.
Even if you take time for your studies this fan base will remain. So remember to focus on your studies. This is the most important factor.
Good luck
